Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Developing customer and business propositions and ensuring effective execution through the delivery network.
Developing and jointly executing marketing and sales programs, campaigns, and sales collateral.
Strengthening existing customer relationships through cross-selling and deepening of banking products.
Ensuring compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines, internal policies, procedures, and sales processes.
Ensuring branch sales staff have accurate knowledge of banking products.
Meeting prospective, existing, valued, institutional, and corporate clients for business development and networking.
Ensuring productivity of branch sales staff, including PB, PBO, and CSO.
Supporting branch deposit growth and overall branch productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Minimum 9 to 12 years of banking experience.
Preference will be given to candidates having at least 5 years of relevant experience.
