Jadeed Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Area / Zonal Sales Manager – Feeds Sales to join its team for the Kot Addu & Multan Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring sales recovery, and driving business growth across the assigned territory.

Qualification

• Must have DVM, B.S. Poultry Sciences, or M.S. Poultry Sciences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as ASM/ZSM in Feeds Sales.
• Strong team management skills and excellent leadership qualities.
• Field sales experience in the Kot Addu & Multan region will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer sales recovery and ensure implementation of company sales policies.
• Plan and execute sales activities and customer payments in an efficient manner.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and the head office.
• Provide on-farm technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers.
• Work toward maximizing feed efficiency and bird performance.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
