• Assist the Warden/Administrator in the smooth management and supervision of Aghosh Home.
• Ensure the overall care, discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of resident children.
• Supervise children's daily routines and ensure adherence to the approved timetable.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding the needs and activities of residents.
• Monitor children's behavior and promote a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper inventory control, and effective implementation of organizational policies.
