The Bank of Punjab is hiring Area Manager

Grade: Band-5 to Band-3

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly CASA and Total Deposit targets for branches.
• Meet area-level deposit targets by developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate customers.
• Identify potential customers and expand the bank’s target market.
• Meet prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management policies and procedures.
• Improve branch audit ratings through effective implementation of BOP policies and SBP guidelines.
• Implement and regularly update DCFC & RCSA requirements.
• Ensure efficient branch operations through smooth workflow management.
• Monitor transaction Turnaround Time (TAT) while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries promptly and effectively.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:

• Minimum 09–12 years of banking experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit:
Up to 55 years as of the date of application.
