Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new payroll mandates within assigned markets and segments.
- Build strong relationships with HR and Finance stakeholders across corporate clients.
- Drive employee onboarding, activation, balance growth, and portfolio deepening.
- Increase CASA balances and cross-sell Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Finance, Mortgages, Bancassurance, and Digital Banking products.
- Conduct client meetings, employee sessions, and business development activities to drive engagement and business growth.
- Achieve assigned targets relating to mandates, deposits, activation, product penetration, and revenues.
Qualifications
Minimum Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
