Reports To: Geography Sales Manager
The Field Sales Territory Manager is responsible for managing distributors and trade within the assigned territory, ensuring efficient distribution operations, achieving sales targets, and meeting key business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and underlying volume growth within the assigned territory.

Improve competitive visibility and execution in stores.

Coordinate distributor and customer operational plans and execution.

Negotiate with customers for joint business planning.

Plan and manage eRTM and optimize routes for DSRs.

Support digital transformation initiatives within the territory.
-
Monitor business profitability, financial metrics, and gross margins.

Lead and develop an extended sales team.
-
Ensure achievement of key performance indicators and business targets.

Conduct post-execution analysis and improve processes using strong analytical skills.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
-
1–4 years of relevant sales experience.

Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
