Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in retail marketing, brand management, campaign execution, digital marketing, or trade marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, Buying, VM, and Digital teams for campaign implementation.
• Manage in-store branding, POS materials, signage, and promotional displays.
• Support social media, digital marketing, and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer response, and sales impact.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, printers, and external partners.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing materials across stores.
• Conduct competitor and market trend analysis.
• Support new store openings, launches, and promotional events.
• Prepare marketing reports, budgets, and campaign performance updates.
