Ensure all SWIFT messages are exported, reconciled, and distributed to relevant branches and departments within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining date-wise electronic records.
Oversee the availability of the SWIFT system and its connectivity with SWIFT Belgium to ensure timely transmission of messages.
Coordinate with the IT department regarding application-related issues and ensure proper archival of SWIFT messages.
Manage the creation and amendment of SWIFT profiles in coordination with Information Security (InfoSec).
Ensure timely processing of monthly SWIFT payments after obtaining the necessary approvals.
Respond to queries from centralized departments and ensure compliance with established operational standards.
Perform any other SWIFT-related duties and responsibilities assigned by senior management.
