MMBL is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to develop, shoot, edit, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, platform algorithms, audience behavior, and short-form video content.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit reels, short videos, interviews, BTS content, and trend-based content.
Create basic static designs, social media posts, thumbnails, and creative assets.
Monitor emerging trends, memes, sounds, editing styles, and social media formats.
Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions.
Track new platform features and creator trends.
Ensure content is timely, visually consistent, and optimized for each platform.

🎓 Requirements

Strong understanding of short-form social media content.
Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing.
Basic graphic design skills.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
Knowledge of platform algorithms, engagement signals, and audience behavior.
Strong awareness of social media trends, memes, creators, and internet culture.
Ability to work quickly and adapt to real-time trends.
1–3 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar field.
Portfolio demonstrating social media videos, reels, statics, or other creative content.
Comfortable shooting content independently using a smartphone or camera.
