Job Description

Grade: Band-9 to Band-7
Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university
Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of the application date

The Bank of Punjab is one of Pakistan’s rapidly growing banks, with more than 35 years of banking presence and a network of 900+ branches. The bank is seeking experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals for the position of Relationship Manager in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Market banking products and achieve assigned business targets/KPIs.
Provide financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals according to SBP regulations and bank policies.
Conduct financial analysis and credit risk assessments.
Identify deteriorating credit situations and take timely corrective measures.
Identify target markets to maximize business opportunities.
Complete pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities and related documentation.
Monitor compliance with approved credit terms and conditions.
Maintain updated insurance policies, stock reports, asset valuations, audited accounts, and other relationship records.
Ensure timely recovery of installments, mark-up, and other bank charges.
Regularize approved deferrals within the prescribed period.
Conduct and organize periodic stock verification.
Conduct regular customer business calls/visits and submit visit reports.
Prepare required statements and reports.
Maintain credit files according to bank policies.
Resolve audit objections related to assigned relationships.
Ensure smooth and error-free customer service.
Respond promptly to customer complaints and queries.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 4 years of banking experience.
Relevant banking/relationship management experience will be preferred.
Maximum age: 55 years as of the application date.
