Qualification:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. MBA will be preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in technology management, including 5+ years in senior leadership.

• Experience in non-profit, education, or development sector will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ITA’s digital transformation and technology innovation strategy.
• Develop and scale technology solutions supporting education programs.
• Lead the development and implementation of Learning Management Systems.
• Oversee cloud computing, data systems, IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity.
• Explore AI and predictive analytics for improved learning insights.
• Build and manage a high-performing technology and digital innovation team.
• Develop technology partnerships and identify innovative EdTech solutions.
• Ensure IT governance, data protection, cybersecurity, and technology compliance.
