Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR
-
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree

Maintain and regularly update the computerized inventory management system.

Receive and inspect stock, verifying quantity, packaging, quality, expiry dates, and required documentation.

Ensure proper storage, handling, placement, and category-wise segregation of goods.
-
Issue goods to relevant departments according to approved documentation and FIFO principles.

Monitor stock levels based on consumption and available inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.

Ensure safe handling of materials during loading, unloading, and transportation.

Coordinate with the Warehouse In-charge and Procurement team to resolve pending inventory and procurement matters.

Immediately report warehouse discrepancies or important issues to the Warehouse In-charge.

Regularly inspect lock and key systems to minimize security risks.

Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department relevant to the role.
