The Cluster Coordinator will manage and supervise 15–20 PEF-PSSP/NSP/PSRP public primary schools at the Tehsil/Area level and provide leadership to school staff. The position focuses on school management, monitoring, community mobilization, student enrollment, attendance, learning outcomes, staff development, and implementation of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, supervise, and provide leadership to 15–20 assigned public schools.
Conduct 2 monitoring and support visits per school per month.
Support school staff and identify areas requiring improvement.
Mobilize communities and raise awareness about the importance of primary education.
Promote active community participation and engage local influential persons in school improvement activities.
Achieve assigned targets for the enrollment of out-of-school children.
Maintain 90%+ daily student attendance and regularly report attendance updates.
Ensure strong performance in QAT, SBA, and annual student assessments.
Promote a quality learning environment across cluster schools.
Supervise administrative, procurement, and financial procedures at assigned schools.
Support staff capacity building and improve the quality of teaching.
Conduct regular field supervision and provide guidance to head teachers and school staff.
Prepare and submit consolidated daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans and progress reports.
Monitor schools according to approved plans and ensure smooth school management.
Coordinate distribution of supplies to schools and support the provision of missing facilities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree, preferably in Education, Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in community mobilization and community-driven projects.
Experience in educational and training activities.
Strong team management and community engagement abilities.
Good leadership, coordination, and field-monitoring skills.
Local candidates will be preferred.
