Career Level: Executive / Mid-Level

Qualification

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Candidates with a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Electronics, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in electronics, home appliances, retail sales, or departmental stores is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Electronics & Home Appliances section.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, tagging, and stock availability.
• Guide customers regarding product features, specifications, warranties, and suitable options.
• Support achievement of section sales targets and promotional objectives.
• Supervise and guide sales staff to maintain service and productivity standards.
• Coordinate with Buying, Warehouse, and Store Operations teams for stock replenishment.
• Monitor damaged, display, slow-moving, and high-value products.
• Handle and monitor warranties, returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control activities.
• Maintain section cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards.
