Job Overview
Momentum Logistics is seeking a Pricing & Customer Service Executive to manage freight pricing, quotations, customer queries, and coordination with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, with practical knowledge of Air and Sea Freight operations.
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

Relevant professional experience in freight forwarding is required.

Hands-on experience in Air Freight and Sea Freight operations preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Obtain and negotiate competitive freight rates from overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.

Prepare accurate quotations for Air and Sea Freight, including FCL and LCL shipments.

Calculate CBM, chargeable weight, freight costs, and local charges.

Develop pricing based on international Incoterms, including EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP.

Maintain and update freight rate sheets and pricing databases.

Monitor market freight rates, carrier surcharges, and policy changes.

Negotiate buying rates while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to provide timely quotations.

Follow up on quotations and support the conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Respond promptly to customer pricing queries and provide professional customer service.

Maintain accurate pricing records, reports, and documentation.

Monitor pricing trends and KPIs to support management decisions.
