Qualification

• M.Phil. in Education completed or currently enrolled.
• Academic degree in Social Sciences such as:
  • History
  • Sociology
  • Geography
  • Political Science
  • Related Social Sciences disciplines

Key Responsibilities

• Teach using innovative, student-centered teaching strategies and model effective teaching practices.
• Develop course outlines, schemes of work, lesson plans, and classroom materials with fellow faculty.
• Participate in professional development, lesson observations, and peer feedback.
• Support administrative activities, faculty committees, and academic departments.
• Organize conferences, professional events, guest lectures, and other outreach activities.
• Conduct scholarly research and contribute to publications, conferences, and workshops.
• Serve on campus committees and advise student organizations.
• Supervise and mentor students during teaching practice, including school-based lesson observations and feedback.
• Participate in institutional events and other faculty responsibilities during the working week.
