Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Commerce from a reputable institution.
• MBA will be preferred, subject to approval.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team to achieve financial and service-level objectives.
• Drive acquisition of loans and deposits within the assigned budget.
• Manage the branch as a revenue center and work toward self-funding status.
• Oversee all operational and administrative branch functions.
• Act as a credit officer and facilitate loan approvals.
• Ensure smooth and timely opening and closing of the branch.
• Optimize staff deployment, branch workflow, and resource requirements.
• Manage collection and recovery activities to control delinquencies and losses.
• Ensure efficient and accurate execution of financial and operational transactions.
• Manage branch cash requirements and maintain optimum cash availability.
• Arrange staff training and develop professional and leadership capabilities.
• Conduct regular self-assessments and maintain readiness for internal, external, and SBP audits.
• Safeguard the bank’s reputation, operational integrity, and financial reconciliation processes.
