Job Description

Supervise BTG (Boiler, Turbine & Generator) and BOP (Balance of Plant) operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
Monitor plant parameters through DCS and coordinate with field teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
Execute plant startups, shutdowns, and emergency procedures in accordance with SOPs and safety standards.
Maintain accurate shift logs and operational reports.
Support plant performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
6–8 years of relevant experience in power plant operations.
Hands-on experience with Boiler and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an operational environment.
