Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requisition to onboarding, for assigned positions and departments.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, newspapers, employee referrals, networking, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening, longlisting, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate assessments and interviews with designated interview panels.
  • Ensure Position Requisition Forms (PRFs) are processed after budget validation.
  • Coordinate pre-employment and periodic employee medical examinations and maintain records.
  • Prepare and issue job offers and appointment letters in a timely manner.
  • Complete onboarding documentation and maintain personnel files according to defined standards.
  • Manage the employee personnel files record room.
  • Maintain databases of approved vacancies, hiring status, and recruitment progress.
  • Prepare regular recruitment updates, reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics for management.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation sessions with Learning & Development.
  • Collect and verify new-hire documents and ensure timely data entry into HMIS.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Represent The Indus Hospital at job fairs, recruitment drives, and hiring events.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, position trackers, headcount statistics, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, SOPs, audit requirements, and HR authorities’ matrix.
  • Maintain complete recruitment documentation for audit purposes.
  • Support internal and external audits related to recruitment activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with relevant knowledge and skills.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Human Resources, preferably recruitment/talent acquisition
