Educational / Professional Qualification
-
Minimum Graduation in Business Studies, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institute.

Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or professional qualifications such as CA, ICMA, ACCA or CMA are preferred.

Relevant certifications such as CFA (any level) or FRM will be an added advantage.
Experience
-
Minimum 1 year of banking experience in Corporate Credit and/or Corporate Lending.
Other Skills / Expertise
-
Strong financial analysis and write-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.
-
Analytical mindset, ownership and ability to work under pressure.

Strong capability in preparing credit memos and managing client engagements.

Sound understanding of SBP commercial/corporate borrower regulations and credit products for large borrowers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
-
Identify, originate and onboard new corporate clients in line with the Bank’s risk appetite and growth strategy, including screening prospects against approved target markets and policies.

Manage end-to-end client relationships, from pitch preparation and facility structuring to disbursement, portfolio monitoring and ongoing client servicing.

Prepare timely and comprehensive credit proposals, including assessment of industry dynamics, client strengths/weaknesses and ensuring proper documentation and housekeeping of assigned accounts.

Work closely with the Unit Head to identify top-tier prospects, analyze their competitive positioning and mitigate potential risks.

Proactively manage and monitor the Bank’s exposure across assigned accounts, ensuring facilities are appropriately structured, collateralized and compliant with credit processes.

Drive revenue growth through cross-selling Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury/FX and other banking solutions in collaboration with relevant Product Teams.

Support the team in maximizing revenues from new and existing clients through effective relationship management and product penetration.

Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor.
