Experience: 2–4 years in Banking/Non-Banking sector in similar or related roles
Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of the application date
Qualification

Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA / M.Com / MSc in Accounting or Finance

CA / ACCA / CIA / CBA or equivalent qualification
-
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct Credit Risk and Risk Asset Reviews in accordance with SBP guidelines and bank policies.
-
Review allocated files and identify process-related findings.
-
Coordinate with Relationship Management teams and assist in preparing review reports.
-
Ensure reviews are completed within the assigned scope and timelines.
-
Participate in opening and closing meetings with internal stakeholders.
-
Assist in investigations and special audit engagements.
-
Review team members’ work and ensure significant issues are properly reported and escalated.

Review policies and procedures and recommend amendments based on regulatory and internal requirements.

Assist with on-site and off-site review logistics and information gathering.

Maintain professional relationships with team members and auditees.

Stay updated on regulatory changes, audit practices, and emerging industry trends.
