🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in:

💼 Experience

• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in:
  • Sales
  • Management
  • Operations
  • Retail/Consumer Banking
  • or another relevant industry

• Good understanding of deposit products and their workability.
• Knowledge of CASA and its fundamentals for achieving deposit growth.
• Strong customer acquisition and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to achieve deposit mobilization and account-opening targets.
• Ability to cross-sell and upsell banking products.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and resolve complaints professionally.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Execute customer acquisition activities to build a healthy deposit portfolio and achieve liability-growth and cross-selling targets.
• Build and maintain CALSA/TD customer portfolios within agreed timelines.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual product-wise targets for CALSA, SA and TD.
• Mobilize deposits and maintain the required CASA and Term Deposit portfolio mix.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and ensure daily account-opening targets are achieved.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products.
• Monitor competitors and take proactive steps to retain MMBL customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with internal branch teams while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Understand customer challenges and coordinate with the RM/BM to address their needs.
• Support the development of a retail deposit marketing team through Freelancers/Brand Ambassadors.
• Complete any additional assignments given by the Line Manager efficiently and effectively.
