🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

💼 Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, stock management, retail operations, warehouse, or FMCG is preferred.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/system.
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile them with system balances.
• Investigate stock variances, shortages, excesses, and unusual stock movements.
• Monitor damaged, aging, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, Warehouse, Buying, and Audit teams on stock-related issues.
• Support periodic and surprise stock counts.
• Prepare stock variance, reconciliation, and inventory movement reports.
• Ensure compliance with inventory SOPs and control procedures.
