🎯 Job Responsibilities

Achieve monthly CASA and total deposit targets for the assigned area.

Supervise and monitor the daily performance of Branch Managers (BMs).

Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate customers.

Strengthen existing customer relationships and continuously deepen portfolios.

Identify and approach potential customers and target markets.
-
Achieve account-opening and other assigned business targets.
-
Meet prospective clients and maintain proper follow-up records.

Develop strategies to achieve assigned area targets.
-
Monitor branch staff performance against individual targets.
-
Ensure achievement of business KPIs as per the balanced scorecard.

Improve customer service quality and existing banking processes.
-
Maintain operational efficiency across area branches.
-
Monitor transaction TAT and ensure customer satisfaction.
-
Resolve customer complaints and enquiries promptly.
-
Ensure branches provide a clean and conducive banking environment.
-
Conduct monthly performance appraisals of area branch staff.
-
Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management policies and procedures.
-
Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely rectification.
-
Coordinate with branches regarding SBP inspections and compliance requirements.
-
Monitor and rectify discrepant accounts under ADCEP.

Identify branches/booths requiring merger, relocation, renovation, shifting or opening.
-
Recommend suitable locations for new branches and booths.

Implement approved branch mergers, relocations and renovations.

Conduct regular branch visits and maintain records of visits.

Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with Branch Managers.

Perform any other assignments given by the Regional Office or Branch Banking Division.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience:
Minimum 7–9 years of banking experience. Candidates having 5 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
Age:
Up to 55 years as of the date of application.
