Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP S/4, and Microsoft Power BI
• Proactive and responsible
• Strong customer service orientation
• Team collaboration

Key Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Reconcile customer accounts periodically and prepare aging reports.
• Process and record incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation to customer accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition and AR reconciliations.
• Handle outward freight processing and timely payment.
