Job Purpose

To lead assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers, achieving assigned sales targets, and effectively implementing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for assigned territories.
Develop daily targets and assign them to order bookers according to their respective areas.
Ensure effective outlet coverage across assigned territories.
Prepare and share sales reports based on assigned territories and product categories.
Analyze target achievement and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage order bookers and drive them toward achieving sales targets through daily performance monitoring.
Ensure order bookers have adequate knowledge of company products and the resources required to perform their duties effectively.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure outlet coverage, productivity, and effective execution.
Monitor market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Ensure trade marketing activities are implemented at assigned outlets according to approved trade marketing plans.
Plan effective sales activities and develop PJPs by monitoring assigned territories and Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key and assigned distributors.
Establish mutually beneficial objectives with distributors to optimize business value and achieve strategic plans.
Manage assigned budgets efficiently and forecast sales according to territory and product category.
Make business decisions that maximize returns, minimize costs, and support effective revenue management.
