Qualification

• Minimum Matriculation or Intermediate qualification.

Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Fresh candidates may also be considered if they have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in customer service.

Job Description

The Sales Associate will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers and understanding their requirements.
• Providing customers with accurate product information.
• Ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
• Maintaining attractive and organized product displays.
• Replenishing stock and checking product availability.
• Supporting assigned sales targets.
• Keeping the sales area clean, organized, and properly presented.
• Coordinating with relevant departments as required.
• Performing other duties assigned by Store Management.
