📋 Job Overview

Momentum Logistics, part of Interloop Holdings, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant Manager – Sales & Operations to support its logistics and transportation business.

The position involves business development, customer relationship management, freight sales, transportation operations, invoicing coordination, payment recovery, and trip profitability monitoring. The successful candidate will identify new customers, develop long-term business relationships, prepare competitive freight quotations, and help ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

🎓 Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree
3–5 years of relevant experience
Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight, or Supply Chain sectors
Strong sales and business development capabilities
Good knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers across corporate, industrial, importer/exporter, and logistics sectors.
Generate qualified leads, arrange meetings, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and prepare competitive freight quotations.
Negotiate rates and commercial terms within approved limits.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and work toward monthly revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
Coordinate with vendors and open-market networks to ensure vehicle availability.
Resolve transportation issues including delays, breakdowns, and service exceptions.
Coordinate with billing and finance teams for timely invoicing and documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and recovery targets.
Monitor trip profitability and highlight negative margins or exceptional cases.
Prepare management reports covering business trends, operational performance, and exceptions.
