Job Description

• Own the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and manage the roadmap for alternate digital channels.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective digital experiences and user stories.
• Optimize channel usability, performance, and reliability while monitoring KPIs and commercial impact.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external fintech partners to drive product innovation, evolution, and research & development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and proper oversight of alternate digital channels.
