Eligibility Criteria
Educational / Professional Qualification
-
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university, college or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
Experience
-
Minimum 2 years of banking experience.
-
At least 1 year of experience in compliance, audit, internal controls, whistle blow or branch banking.
-
Knowledge of whistle blow mechanisms in the banking industry will be preferred.
Required Skills & Expertise
-
Sound knowledge of SBP Fraud Risk Management Guidelines and/or whistle blow mechanisms in the banking sector.

Basic computer skills, preferably with knowledge of MS Office and Power BI.

Basic understanding of banking products and operations.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
-
Scrutinize, analyze and manage whistle blow cases received by the Whistle Blow Department.

Process and follow up on whistle blow cases, including fact-finding and investigations, in coordination with relevant departments and field offices.

Maintain comprehensive records, MIS and files related to reported whistle blow cases.

Coordinate with the Fraud Investigation Department (FID), Human Resource Management Group (HRMG) and other relevant stakeholders regarding investigations, fact-finding and follow-ups.

Assist in preparing data, presentations and agendas related to whistle blow cases for relevant committees, including WBC, CCM and BRCC, in coordination with the Unit and Wing Heads.

Process investigation and fact-finding reports and facilitate their subsequent conclusion in accordance with the whistle blow policy.

Perform any other duties or assignments given by the supervisor(s).
Assessment & Interview
Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the stated basic eligibility criteria will be invited for the assessment test and/or panel interview.
Employment Terms & Benefits
The selected candidate will be appointed on a three-year contractual basis, which may be renewed at the discretion of Management.
Compensation and other benefits will be offered according to the Bank’s applicable policies and rules.
