Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Research, Public Policy, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in research, education programs, project coordination, data management, monitoring, or a related field.

🔹 Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in statistical and data management tools, including SPSS, KoboToolbox, and MS Excel
• Strong data analysis, project management, communication, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of national education policies and experience working with government and district-level stakeholders
• Strong IT skills, including experience with education management systems such as SIS/TIS
• Willingness to undertake extensive field travel as required by the project
