Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan is hiring Site Supervisor

DHA Multan is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor (MEP) to supervise and monitor MEP works at project sites. The position involves ensuring the proper execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, and other building MEP systems according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor MEP works at project sites.
• Ensure execution according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and quality standards.
• Supervise HVAC and mechanical works, including proper installation and execution.
• Inspect plumbing fixtures, sanitary works, piping and pipe routes.
• Monitor firefighting and fire alarm system installations.
• Inspect MEP fixtures, equipment and systems for proper execution.
• Verify layouts of mechanical piping, plumbing lines, sanitary fixtures and other MEP services.
• Monitor installation and functionality of lifts/escalators, HVAC, firefighting and plumbing systems.
• Inspect MEP materials and equipment for compliance with approved specifications and BOQ.
• Monitor testing and commissioning of complete MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with MEP standards, quality requirements and site safety practices.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Qualification: DAE (Mechanical) from a recognized technical institute.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building MEP execution and site supervision.
• Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, firefighting and fire alarm systems.
• Hands-on experience in installation and supervision of building MEP services and equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, layouts and technical details.
