🎯 Position Purpose

Provide strategic leadership for Bestway Cement Limited’s Finance and SSC operations, ensuring strong governance, standardized controls, regulatory compliance, financial discipline, and value creation while supporting the CFO and senior management.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Lead Finance Planning & Analysis and SSC Operations teams.
Oversee audit, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management.
Oversee payables, payments, collections, customer ledgers, credit control, invoicing, and cash management.
Review commissions, incentives, rebates, accruals, and sales adjustments.
Ensure accurate SAP processing, reconciliations, and bank coordination.
Supervise vendor accounting, payments, advances, and retentions.
Oversee inventory accounting and physical/book reconciliations.
Manage fixed assets, CWIP/AUC, capitalization, depreciation, and borrowing cost accounting.
Supervise cost accounting, costing runs, variance analysis, and cost allocations.
Oversee payroll disbursements, gratuity payments, and statutory deductions.
Manage banking and treasury coordination, credit periods, advances, penalties, and covenant compliance.
Oversee monthly management accounts and financial analysis.
Ensure timely statutory, regulatory, and audit reporting.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulators.
Drive improvements in Finance SOPs, SAP automation, and Group-wide process standardization.

🎓 Qualification

CA / ACCA Qualified

💼 Experience

Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience
3–5 years of experience in the Cement or Manufacturing sector
