Indus Hospital & Health Network is hiring Manager, Employee Relations

🎓 Education

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (MBA/MPA)
• LLB required

💼 Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• At least 5–6 years specifically focused on employee relations, labor relations, or HR compliance in a large organization

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations matters including grievances, conflicts, misconduct, and disciplinary issues.
• Lead investigations into employee complaints, harassment allegations, policy violations, and workplace disputes.
• Advise managers on performance issues, disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and update employee relations policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, including documentation, hearings, show-cause notices, and final decisions.
• Monitor and report employee relations metrics such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and turnover trends.
• Support exit interviews and analyze findings related to employee retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain confidential records of employee relations cases and outcomes.
• Promote open communication and ethical conduct in line with IHHN’s mission and values.
• Stay updated on labor law changes, healthcare employment practices, and employee relations trends.

🛠️ Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of HR practices relevant to the healthcare sector.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong report writing and case documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
