Grade: Band-9 to Band-7
Job Type: Banking / Permanent

Strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships.
Provide financial advice and promote suitable banking products and services.
Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals according to SBP Prudential Regulations and bank policies.
Conduct financial analysis and credit risk assessments.
Identify deteriorating credit situations and take timely corrective measures.
Support target marketing activities to maximize business opportunities.
Complete pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities and maintain required legal/security documentation.
Coordinate with corporate branches to ensure efficient customer services.
Monitor compliance with approved credit package terms and conditions.
Keep insurance policies, stock reports, asset valuations, audited accounts and other records updated.
Ensure timely recovery of installments, mark-up and other bank charges.
Conduct or arrange periodic stock verification.
Conduct regular customer business calls and submit visit reports.
Maintain credit files according to bank policies.
Resolve and rectify relevant audit observations.

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:
Minimum 4–7 years of relevant banking experience.

Age Limit:
Up to 55 years as of the application date.
