Job Description / Major Responsibilities

Achieve CASA and total deposit targets for the assigned area.
Supervise and monitor Branch Managers and branch performance.
Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate customers.
Drive account-opening, deposit mobilization and business development targets.
Develop strategies to achieve assigned area targets and business KPIs.
Monitor individual branch and staff performance.
Ensure quality customer service and improve branch processes.
Monitor transaction TAT and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and enquiries effectively.
Ensure compliance with operational risk management policies and procedures.
Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure of audit reports.
Coordinate with branches regarding SBP inspections and compliance.
Monitor branch efficiency and QA audit performance.
Identify requirements for branch relocation, renovation, merger, shifting or new branch/booth openings.
Recommend suitable locations for new branches and booths.
Conduct regular branch visits and meetings with Branch Managers and staff.
Prepare and maintain records of branch visits and performance.
Perform other assignments given by the Regional Office/Branch Banking Division.

Eligibility

Candidates should have a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, 7–9 years of banking experience, and relevant experience in branch banking/business development. Candidates up to 55 years of age may apply.
