Experience in selling cheese, ice cream, chilled dairy products, or beverages is an advantage.

Job Description

The Manager Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for the Peshawar region, expanding the customer base, managing existing customer portfolios, recovering outstanding credit, handling quality complaints, and monitoring market and competitor trends.

The role requires strong communication, selling, negotiation, customer relationship management, problem-solving, market segmentation, and sales planning skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Office is also required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Analyze target customers, competitors, and market opportunities.
Expand customer base and improve sales coverage.
Manage and nurture existing customer relationships.
Handle customer quality complaints efficiently.
Ensure timely and compliant credit recovery.
Plan sales cycles according to market segmentation and customer needs.
Maintain sales records and prepare reports using ERP, Oracle, and MS Office.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams.
Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Provide sales performance and market trend updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
