Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Prepare regular cash flow forecasts based on expected receipts, payments, and business requirements.
Monitor daily/weekly cash positions and identify potential cash flow gaps or funding requirements.
Monitor payables and receivables aging and provide reports and analysis to management.
Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and management information related to cash flow and working capital.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and financial information.
Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Expertise in payment processing, vendor management, customer collections, and receivables/payables aging.
Understanding of cash flow management, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management.
Proficiency in bank and payment reconciliations and cash position monitoring.
Knowledge of month-end closing, general ledger accounting, accruals, and financial reporting.
Understanding of internal financial controls, approval workflows, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, financial analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems for AP, AR, banking, payments, and financial reporting.
