Position Details

Employment Type: Contractual

Educational / Professional Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university, college or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
• Candidates having a Master's degree and/or HR certifications will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 02 years of work experience in Human Resources.
• Candidates having experience in similar roles within the financial sector will be preferred.

Other Skills, Expertise & Knowledge Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective team player.
• Understanding of HR functions.
• Service-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist and support HR functions, including Talent Acquisition & Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management & Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Relationship Management, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Governance and HR Legal Compliance.
• Support and coordinate with business functions to strengthen HR relationships.
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Monitor and update internal HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in responding to internal and external HR-related queries and requests.
• Prepare various HR-related reports as and when required.
• Keep abreast of modern HR practices and market trends.
• Perform any other assignments as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Assessment Test / Interview

Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview(s).

Employment Terms & Benefits

The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management.

Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per the Bank’s policies and rules.
