📌 Job Purpose

The selected candidate will manage end-to-end Telco and Non-Telco activities within assigned grids. The role focuses on network availability, network operations, OPEX management, field-team coordination, and improving operational KPIs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Monitor grid performance and ensure network availability.
Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of access networks and generator sets.
Manage grid operations within the allocated OPEX budget.
Optimize operational costs, including electricity and DG fuel expenses.
Manage and coordinate field resources, including cluster owners, riggers, and fueling teams.
Support capability and competency development of field teams.
Coordinate with Regional FOPS Manager and TGLs for monthly targets and KPIs.
Evaluate field-team performance on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.
Ensure compliance with network and operational KPIs.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Preferably 2–3 years of relevant work experience
