The Bank of Punjab is hiring Branch Manager – Conventional/TIB

• Grade: Band-11 to Band-10

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.

• Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of the date of application

• Job Type: Banking / Branch Banking

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly deposit targets, including NTBs and ETBs, with a focus on CASA.

• Achieve assigned cross-functional targets.

• Improve customer service TATs through prompt handling of complaints and enquiries.

• Ensure branch efficiency by improving QA, FTC and audit performance.

• Implement bank policies and procedures in accordance with SBP guidelines and regulations.

• Drive business growth and lead branch staff performance and productivity.
