HBL is seeking applications for the position of KYC CDD Trainee. The role involves supporting business operations, customer onboarding, process improvement, market research, cross-functional coordination, and customer service activities.

Responsibilities

Support business teams in executing day-to-day operations and achieving departmental goals.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to digitization initiatives.
Participate in customer onboarding processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
Contribute to market outreach, research, and analysis to support business growth and expansion.
Assist in cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Support efforts to enhance customer experience through effective communication and service support.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Collaborate with team members to identify innovative solutions and best practices.
Participate in training, learning activities, and continuous development programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
