Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager – Center
Contract Type: Permanent
Qualification: MBA in Marketing
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage potential customer service problems.
Generate customer orders and manage deliveries.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Ensure timely recoveries from assigned customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Develop new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Knowledge

MBA in Marketing with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
Ability to lead and engage a high-performance team.
