Job Summary

Islamabad Serena Hotel is seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Service Officer to join its Food & Beverage (F&B) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, coordinating F&B activities, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and courteous service to hotel guests.
Assist guests with their requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
Coordinate and organize daily F&B activities efficiently.
Handle guest concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.
Work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with different departments.
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining service quality.
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct.
Support the team in maintaining the hotel's service standards.

Academic Qualifications
