Key Responsibilities

• Understand corporate culture, rules, regulations, and organizational policies.

• Support HR assignments and complete tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and other departmental documents.

• Suggest ideas to improve systems and processes.

• Gain practical experience through on-the-job training.

• Attend training sessions and actively participate in learning activities.
