Department: AM Operations

Contract Type: Permanent

Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates may also apply)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily mall operations to ensure a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.
Conduct floor inspections and report housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, common areas, and retail outlets.
Maintain inspection checklists and follow up on pending issues.
Monitor customer flow, parking areas, and high-traffic zones.
Coordinate with mall staff and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain daily operational records and reports.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Relevant certifications in Facilities Management, Operations, Hospitality, or Health & Safety are an advantage.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
