Literacy and numeracy pedagogies
Training design and facilitation
Adult learning principles
Analytical, writing, and communication skills
MS Office and data management tools
English and Urdu proficiency; Sindhi is an advantage
Willingness to travel regularly to target districts

Key Responsibilities

Design and facilitate teacher training programmes.
Support academic programme management in the education and development sector.
Apply effective literacy and numeracy teaching methodologies.
Use assessment frameworks such as ASER or similar tools.
Support teacher development through effective training and adult learning practices.
Undertake regular field visits to target districts.
