Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset for its Chakwal location. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Implement sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote loan products and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets while following the bank's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assess customer profiles and creditworthiness using the five Cs of credit.
Verify prospective customers through physical visits and other required checks.
Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers.
Ensure timely loan repayments and maintain effective follow-up with borrowers.
Conduct market research to identify new customers and business opportunities.
Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the line manager.
Conduct customer meetings according to the relevant product guidelines.
Handle customer documents carefully and maintain confidentiality.
Follow the bank's policies regarding loan processing, collections, and cash handling.
Maintain service quality and address customer concerns professionally.
Report suspected fraud and potential financial losses to the relevant management.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
MBA will be preferred.
Preferably 0–1 year of relevant experience.
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of customer assessment, sales, and market research will be beneficial.
Willingness to perform field visits and customer verification activities.
