Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Branch Manager at its Satellite Town, Rawalpindi branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, achieving financial targets, increasing loan and deposit portfolios, leading staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the branch team to achieve financial and customer service targets.
Develop strategies for loan and deposit acquisition within the approved budget.
Maintain a balance between loans and deposits to achieve branch self-funding goals.
Manage all branch operations, administrative functions, and daily activities.
Ensure timely branch opening, closing, and uninterrupted customer services.
Monitor loan recovery and collection activities to minimize losses and overdue payments.
Manage cash availability efficiently according to daily business requirements.
Ensure accurate financial transactions, reconciliations, and operational controls.
Train and develop branch staff to improve performance and leadership skills.
Conduct regular self-assessments and ensure readiness for internal, external, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) audits.
Maintain the bank's reputation by ensuring compliance, transparency, and service quality.
Monitor expenses and promote efficient use of branch resources.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a relevant field from a reputable institution.
MBA will be preferred, subject to approval.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
