Job Overview

Unilever Pakistan is hiring a Shifts Manager – Foods for its Foods Factory in Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing manufacturing operations, achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, ensuring workplace safety, and improving operational efficiency.

This opportunity is suitable for engineering graduates with 2–4 years of experience in production or operations within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily manufacturing, making, and packing operations to achieve shift targets.

• Ensure production targets meet quality, cost, safety, and output requirements.

• Receive and manage chemical and packaging materials.

• Allocate and supervise operators, technicians, and contract workers.

• Monitor material consumption, production yield, and waste reduction.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize material losses.

• Supervise weekly and monthly stock counts.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Promote autonomous maintenance activities on the production floor.

• Support the implementation of TPM, HACCP, and audit recommendations.

• Identify employee skill gaps and arrange relevant training.

• Improve production processes and operational performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: BSc. Engineering.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in operations or production within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

• Strong technical and engineering knowledge.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Team management and leadership skills.

• Ability to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
